  • Description: Based in Houston, Texas, Flowco (NYSE: FLOC) is a leading provider of production optimization, artificial lift and methane abatement solutions to efficiently and cost-effectively maximize the profitability and economic lifespan of oil and gas reserves.
  • Structure & Role: Minority investment with a passive role currently.
  • Description: Based in Gonzales, Louisiana, Process Service Specialists is a specialty mechanical services company focused on petrochemical plant and refinery columns, towers and reactors.  Process Service Specialists also provides specialty welding, shop fabrication and demolition services.

  • Description: Based in Houston, Texas, Race Rock is a nationwide manufacturer and supplier of critical infrastructure products and solutions. The company is focused on expanding its geographic footprint organically and through acquisition.

  • Description: Based in Brighton, Colorado, Generator Source offers sales, rentals and service of new and used industrial and commercial generators ranging in size from 10 kW to 4,000 kW. Generator Source is aggressively expanding the field service component of its business. 
  • Final Exit: January 2022.
